Information

  • The prices are per day and flat excluding local tax and final cleaning.
  • The local tax is 5 euros per person and day.
  • The one-time final cleaning is 120 euros for the small flat and 150 euros for the large flat.
  • For a fixed booking we need a deposit of 40% of the total amount.
  • As we do not accept credit cards, you can transfer the remaining amount before arrival or pay us in cash.
  • Check-in: from 15.00
  • Check-out: until 9.30 
  • Our house is a non-smoking house.
  • No pets are allowed.

Cancellation fees:

  • Up to 3 months before the agreed date of arrival no cancellation fee.
  • Up to 1 month before the agreed arrival date 40 % of the total price
  • Up to 1 week before the agreed arrival date 70 % of the total price
  • In the last week before the agreed date of arrival 90 % of the total price.
  • In case of early departure 100 % of the total price will be charged. 

We recommend that you take out travel cancellation insurance!
